Spent my Xmas at a hotel recently and I was impressed with the facilities offered. The location was perfect, as it was situated near the popular entertainment hub in the city. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The hotel had a pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day.

There were some downsides to my stay. The bathrooms had some drainage issues, and the cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is close to a popular hub and provides easy access to other areas. the rooms, although not perfect, offer some nice facilities such as large windows and comfortable bedding.

The bathroom and cleanliness standards are not up to par and need significant improvement to improve guests' experience.

Nice location adjacent to DLF Cyber Hub. Convenient for exploring Gurgaon. Close proximity to restaurants and entertainment options. Comfortable rooms and amenities provided.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The prime location was one of the best aspects as it provided easy access to nearby attractions such as shopping centers and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel facilities were convenient and well-maintained. We found the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and public areas to be exceptional, exceeding our expectations. Lastly, the staff were fantastic; they were polite, welcoming and assisted us with all of our needs.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was close to the city centre and had easy access to nearby attractions. Another positive aspect was the affordable price of the room, which suited our budget for our romantic escapade. the staff was also friendly and welcoming, at least when it came to taking our money.

First, there was no hot water for our shower, and when we complained, they simply shrugged and said there was nothing they could do.
